"La Nuit des Challenges 9"

To finish 2010 with a flourish, a big boxing show in prospect ! Meet at Lyon (Rhône, France),  at le Palais des Sports of Gerland (with a capacity of 7500 persons). A unique event involving two disciplines at the highest level : Boxing and Muaythai. The athletes from Lyon will challenge at home Britsh and Thaï teams.

With this 9th edition, « «la Nuit des Challenges » keep highlighting the boxers of Team Nasser-K of Saint Fons.
Under 72.5 kg, Yohan LIDON will be back in the place that turns out well for him since he get the WBC World title in 1 round against the defending champion Lamsongkram CHUWATTANNA (Thaïland)
Yohan loves the tough challenges and he will face this time a master of Muaythai, NONTACHAI Sit O, 2008-2009 Rajadamnern champion, 2007 Lumpini champion and 2007 champion of Thaïland !
We will soon see Yohan LIDON as well at the King's Cup (5 December), and in January against double K1 champion Giorgio PETROSYAN.

An other star of the Lyon region will turn up : Abadallah MABEL, under 71 kg. After the failed attempt to get the Lumpini belt against SAYIOK, Abdallah hasn't given up and after a match-up  against KEM Sitsongpeenong this week end at « la Nuit des Champions » (Marseille, FRANCE - 26 November), he will face ... NARUEPOL Fairtex ! An eagerly awaited bout that Gerland is delighted to host.
